This agreement releases Smitty Sitting, and their employees from all liabilities relating to pet injuries, emergencies, or household emergencies that may occur while releasing my house and pet(s) in the care of Smitty Sitting. By signing this agreement, I understand and agree that releasing my pet(s) in Smitty Sitting’s care, Smitty Sitting and their employees has relied upon my representation that my pet(s) have not shown aggressive or threatening behavior towards any person or any other pets. I further understand that due to the way that pets live, or interact with one another, minor cuts, scratches, and scrapes, and wounds can occur though the pet(s) are carefully supervised. I also understand that Smitty Sitting and their employees will diligently watch and care for my pet(s), though they will have to occasionally leave my pet(s) unsupervised. In this time, I take full responsibility for what my pet(s) do. While my pet(s) are in the care and custody of Smitty Sitting, if I am unreachable in the event of an emergency, I hereby authorize Smitty Sitting and their employees to seek immediate veterinary care for my animal(s). I agree to be financially responsible for any and all costs in connection with veterinary, medical, or other treatment. I understand that Smitty Sitting and their employees are relying on my description of my pet(s) state of health, and wellbeing. I will be and remain aware of my pet(s) health and relieve Smitty Sitting from all responsibilities regarding my animal(s) health declining, or loss. I understand that Smitty Sitting and their employees will be coming into my household, and or staying in my household. I respect their privacy and safety and will refrain from allowing others into my home or on my property while I am not present, and while my house is being cared for. This includes but is not limited to, maintenance workers, family members, friends, neighbors, ect. I will be sure to make Smitty Sitting and their employees aware of any and all security systems, or cameras on my property, or inside of my household. If I do have security cameras inside of my household, I will make certain that Smitty Sitting is aware of their location and disable them to protect Smitty Sitting and their employees' privacy and safety. I hereby agree to release and hold harmless, Smitty Sitting, and all their employees from any and all liability claims including claims of negligence, suits, actions, loss, injury, or damage of any nature or kind, or for any liability claims, suits, actions, loss, or injury my pet(s) may sustain or may cause in any way. I specifically, without limitation, agree to fully indemnify Smitty Sitting and their employees, for any and all such liability claims, suits, actions, losses, injury, or damage. I certify that I have read and understand the rules and regulations herein, and that I have read and understand this agreement. I agree to abide by the rules and regulations, and accept all the terms, conditions, and statements of this agreement and confirm the truthfulness of the contents of the application completed by me. Although We carefully screen all applicants, we occasionally discover that this is not an appropriate service for every customer. Smitty Sitting has the right to refuse our services at any time.
